In the building of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, the head of the national parliament, D. During the meeting, Mejlis Speaker D. Gulmanova noted that the development of long-term cooperation with international organizations, including the OSCE, is one of the important directions of Turkmenistan's foreign policy, and that cooperation with the OSCE is being expanded in new directions every year.

During the interview, the guest said that his visit to Turkmenistan is connected with participation in the high-level meeting of the Secretary General of the OSCE and the ministers of environmental protection of the Central Asian countries, and that these consultations will encourage finding positive solutions to the important issues ahead. Also, emphasizing that ensuring gender equality and increasing women's opportunities is one of the main priorities of the OSCE, they expressed their readiness to share experience with improving legislation in this area.
