At the expense of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care, children from Ashgabat and all regions of the country suffering from various diseases undergo treatment and rehabilitation at the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center. Also, at present, regular rehabilitation courses are held for children at the Scientific and Clinical Center for Maternal and Child Health of Mary velayat and at the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadag.
Also, at the expense of the Charitable Foundation, local specialists successfully performed operations on children of Balkan, Lebap and Mary velayats with congenital heart disease at the International Cardiology Center.
All children who underwent surgical treatment are under the supervision of doctors from the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care.
