The best cotton seeds have been selected before the planting season. Selected varieties of medium fiber cotton are grown in all regions of the country. Among them are fast-ripening varieties such as "Yoloten-7", "Yoloten-39", "Jeyhun", "S-2606", "Daşoguz-120", "Daşoguz-114", "Gubadag-3", and "149-F". , high-yielding, pure-fiber varieties were given special importance. "Yoloten - 14" variety of Govacha with thin fibers will be planted in Ahal and Mary provinces according to soil and weather conditions.

During the planting season, various types of tractors will be used, including tractors purchased from the world's leading agricultural machinery manufacturer John Deere and equipped with a telematic digital electronic system, planting tools designed to carry out the latest agrotechnical measures, and cotton cultivators that ensure smooth planting. . Necessary conditions have been created for the establishment of round-the-clock repair service for machinery in the fields, for the productive work of mechanists and other plant participants, and for a decent rest. At the same time, the biolaboratories operating within the regions and farmers' associations were prepared for the new planting season. They will provide cotton farmers with environmentally friendly and economically advantageous bioproducts for controlling cotton pests.

Ahead of the season, training conferences were held in the relevant farmers' associations of the provinces, dedicated to the issues of further modernization of agriculture, ensuring the rapid development of the industry, high productivity, and stable increase in the volume of agricultural products. In particular, on timely and organized planting of cotton, strict observance of agrotechnical norms in all its stages, increasing the yield of agricultural crops, improving the condition of the fields, systematic use of land and water resources, prevention of crop pests and weeds. the idea was exchanged.

An exhibition of various agricultural machinery and products produced at processing enterprises was organized within the framework of the ceremonies organized on the occasion of the beginning of the planting season.
