In Turkmenistan, it is planned to create the Economic Society “Türkmen gips” for the production of dry building mixtures and plasterboard products. Deputy Prime Minister B. Annamammedov reported on this at a Government meeting on March 23.

A new joint venture will be created in the city of Dostluk, Koytendag etrap, Lebap velayat. Its design capacity is 250 thousand tons of dry construction mixtures and 20 million square meters of drywall per year.

The new joint venture will be created with the participation of the Koytendag Quarry Department and Ak bulut.

The creation of a joint venture will make it possible to satisfy the growing demand for building materials in the domestic market, begin exporting products and create new jobs.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the draft of the new joint venture and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to continue work in this direction.
