President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on his birthday, TDH reported.
“I express my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of your birthday,” the message reads.
Xi Jinping recalled that in March of this year, the two sides held a meeting in Beijing, during which they exchanged views on bilateral cooperation in various areas, reached broad consensus, and identified areas for further strengthening their traditional friendship and partnership.
The Chinese President emphasized his strong commitment to developing China-Turkmenistan relations and his appreciation for the existing friendship. Xi Jinping expressed his willingness to work together to advance bilateral cooperation to a new level for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
In conclusion of his message, the Chinese leader wished Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov good health and prosperity.
