A.N. Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University (KMGTU) and the Civil Defense Academy of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia have established a joint master's program for foreign students. This program will allow you to obtain two master's degrees simultaneously in the fields of "Technosphere Security" and "City Municipalities' Disaster Resilience".

The courses will last for two years, both traditional and distance (on the TEAMS platform). Upon successful completion of the studies, students will receive diplomas from two Russian higher education institutions. The website of the country's Embassy in the Russian Federation informs that this unique opportunity has been created for the first time and is available to citizens of Turkmenistan. The joint project of KMGTU and the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations helps foreign students to get in-depth education in two demanding fields at once - technosphere security and disaster prevention. This will enable graduates to expand their professional careers in their home countries. This initiative of two Russian universities is aimed at strengthening international humanitarian cooperation in the field of training highly qualified personnel.
