On February 27-28, specialists of the "Turkmendenizderyayollary" agency participated in the second seminar on digitalization of the Trans-Caspian transport corridor, held in Tbilisi, via live video communication. The seminar was attended by representatives of the Association of Trans-Caspian Transport, digital system, TRACEKA, government agencies and experts of relevant sectors. This was reported on the official website of the agency.

As noted in the press release, new ideas were put forward in the seminar in terms of the formation of mutual communication of digital network initiatives in the participating countries. In particular, the aim of the workshop was to discuss key strategic areas such as governance and accountability, secure data exchange and regulatory frameworks essential for digital transformation.

During the workshop, the complexities and challenges of digital transformation were discussed, as well as the huge opportunity towards a digital future. It was also discussed about the possibility of creating a digital network center and pilot projects in each country.

At the end of the seminar, the participants' recommendations regarding the digitalization of the Trans-Caspian transport corridor were mutually shared, the report states.
