Taking into account the appeals of many citizens of our country, the following is reported:

No changes or additions were made to the “Procedure for the recognition in Turkmenistan of documents on higher and secondary vocational education issued in foreign countries.” The document was approved by Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1176 dated March 16, 2019.

Also, no amendments were made to the “Guidelines for the application of the Procedure for the recognition in Turkmenistan of documents on higher and secondary vocational education issued in foreign countries.” This manual was approved by Order No. 80 of the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan dated March 29, 2019 and registered by the Ministry of Justice on April 13, 2019 under No. 1212.
