International conferences are scheduled to be held in Turkmenistan for Science Day. Deputy Prime Minister N. Amannepesov reported on preparations for them at a Government meeting on Friday.

Thus, on June 12–13, the International Forum “Science, technology and innovative technologies in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state” will be held with the participation of domestic and prominent foreign scientists. Within the framework of the forum, organized by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, current trends in scientific and technological progress will be discussed.

On June 8, the Oguzhan Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan will host the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Important Directions of the Green Economy: Eco, Nano-, Bio- and Information Technologies”. The forum was organized to disseminate information about the developments of Turkmen scientists, exchange experiences and strengthen international cooperation.

On June 12, the Magtymguly Turkmen State University will host an award ceremony for the winners of the scientific work competition among the youth of Turkmenistan.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered these events to be held in an organized manner, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
