A meeting was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Turkmenistan, Hamdi Shaaban Abdelhalim Mohamed. This was reported on the official website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan.

The heads of diplomatic delegations exchanged views on bilateral relations, as well as important international issues of mutual interest. The main focus was on the possibilities of cooperation between the delegations of the two countries in resolving upcoming issues.

Particular attention was paid to cooperation issues when considering issues of mutual support in nominating candidates for elective bodies of international organizations.
