In order to celebrate the International Day of Neutrality and create favorable conditions for the country's population to have a good rest, the President of Turkmenistan signed a document on the occasion of the remarkable 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's acquisition of the legal status of permanent neutrality.

As reported in the "Watan" news program, in accordance with the document signed by the President of Turkmenistan today, December 11-13, 2025, were declared non-working days. It was also noted that the implementation of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan should be ensured by all institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership.
