
Today, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted the presentation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's new book, "Neutrality of Turkmenistan - a bright path to peace and trust." It was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov, as well as heads of diplomatic missions of foreign countries and international organizations in Ashgabat, diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad, consular offices and missions to international organizations, employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, experienced diplomats, professors, and students. The ceremony featured speeches by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations (New York), Hero of Turkmenistan Aksoltan Atayeva, and Head of the United Nations Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia Kakha Imnadze. The speeches emphasized the high significance of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's new book. It was emphasized that this work will serve as a valuable source in studying the principles of permanent neutrality, rooted in peace-lovingness, and the roots of national diplomacy.
As part of the presentation ceremony, an exhibition was organized on the veranda of the institute, showcasing the values of applied and decorative arts that promote the peacefulness and goodwill of the Turkmen people, as well as the importance of permanent neutrality.
At the end of the presentation ceremony, an Address to the President of Turkmenistan was adopted on behalf of the participants.
