A meeting was held with the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkmenistan
A meeting was held today between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Mahri Byashimova and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkmenistan Azizbek Madmarov, the Foreign Ministry reports.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on important issues of mutual interest on the regional and international agenda. In this regard, it was confirmed that the countries are ready to continue the practice of mutual support for their initiatives in international organizations.
The diplomats also discussed issues of Turkmen-Kyrgyz cooperation in the areas of security, sustainable development, and environmental protection.
